We usually like to keep our dog with a full coat of fur for the winter, but this winter he got so gross (even after his weekly bath), that no one wanted to be around him. Phil is a dog that craves attention, so he was in bad shape when his family would scoot away from him and try to avoid touching him. So we got him shaved. He was so cold. I found him snuggling with a friend one morning.
But at least now we will pet him!
And don't worry - he has a coat. It's red. Complete with a fur trimmed hood (faux fur of course).
