To all of those in my life - friends and family - who have recently run a half marathon or triathlon...my hat is off to you. You are my heroes. I am so glad you were all protected, especially considering one man didn't even make it out alive! So thanks for being the inspiration in my life, you are all awesome!

That is an understatement!!! Of course, I always wonder if they have all of their marbles, if you know what I mean. :) It just doesn't seem right to put your body through such a strenuous thing! :)
